Lyrics Runner Terms of Use

1. Introduction

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Lyrics Runner, a VST plugin developed by SPS Studios. By downloading, installing, or using Lyrics Runner, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in and to Lyrics Runner, including all associated intellectual property rights, are owned by SPS Studios.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Lyrics Runner for your personal or business purposes.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

Copy, distribute, or sell Lyrics Runner to any third party.

Modify or create derivative works from Lyrics Runner.

Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble Lyrics Runner.

Use Lyrics Runner for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Termination

SPS Studios may terminate your license to use Lyrics Runner at any time for any reason.

5. Refund Policy

You can get a full refund within 14 days of your purchase if you haven't activated your product yet.
Once you activate your product - or let 14 days pass - you waive your right to a refund.

If you experience technical issues, we willdo our best to help you fix them.

Technical issues should not occur if you are on a supported system/DAW and are therefore not a legitimate claim for a refund.

If you believe that you qualify for a refund, please email [email protected] with the following information: Your order number and the email address used when placing your order.
We process eligible refund requests within 48 hours and will issue the refund to the credit card/PayPal account you used when placing your order.

You should allow for up to 5 business days for the refund to return to your account.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Israel.

7. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SPS Studios regarding your use of Lyrics Runner.

8. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

9. Waiver

No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be effective unless in writing and signed by an authorized representative of SPS Studios.

10. Notices

All notices and other communications hereunder shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given when delivered in person,

upon the first business day following deposit in the United States mail, postage prepaid, certified or registered, return receipt requested, addressed as follows:
