By registering for or attending the Multicultural CRNA Conference (MCC), you agree to the following Terms & Policies. These policies are designed to ensure a professional, respectful, and well-organized experience for all attendees, speakers, sponsors, and partners.

1. Registration & Payment

  • Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

  • MCC reserves the right to refuse or revoke registration at its discretion.

  • Discounted rates (student, RN, sponsor-related registrations) require accurate eligibility at the time of purchase.

2. Cancellation, Refund & Transfer Policy

  • No refunds are available within 60 days of the conference start date.

  • Refund requests made outside the 60-day window must be submitted in writing and are subject to administrative review.

  • Registrations may be transferred to a future MCC conference (e.g., MCC 2028) in lieu of a refund.

  • No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.

  • MCC reserves the right to cancel or modify the event due to circumstances beyond its control (force majeure), including but not limited to public health emergencies, natural disasters, or government restrictions.

3. Accreditation & Continuing Education (CE) Credits

  • MCC is approved to offer AANA Class A Continuing Education (CE) credits.

  • The number and type of CE credits available will be published prior to the conference.

  • Attendees must meet attendance and participation requirements to receive CE credits.

  • MCC reserves the right to adjust session content, speakers, or schedules as necessary.

4. Code of Conduct

MCC is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment.

  • MCC is approved to offer AANA Class A Continuing Education (CE) credits.

  • The number and type of CE credits available will be published prior to the conference.

  • Attendees must meet attendance and participation requirements to receive CE credits.

  • MCC reserves the right to adjust session content, speakers, or schedules as necessary.

5. Media, Photography & Recording

  • MCC events may be photographed or recorded for educational and promotional purposes.

  • By attending, you grant MCC permission to use your image, likeness, or voice in future materials.

  • Unauthorized recording of sessions or speakers is prohibited unless explicitly permitted

6. Program, Speaker & Schedule Changes

  • Conference programming, speakers, and schedules are subject to change without notice.

  • MCC is not responsible for changes caused by speaker availability or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Such changes do not constitute grounds for refunds.

7. Travel, Lodging & Liability Disclaimer

  • MCC is not responsible for travel delays, hotel availability, or third-party vendor issues.

  • Attendees assume all risks related to travel and participation.

  • MCC is not liable for loss, theft, injury, or damages incurred during the conference.

8. Gala & Special Events Policy

  • Special events (including the Gala Night) require a separate ticket unless otherwise stated.

  • Attendees are expected to follow dress code and conduct expectations.

  • MCC is not liable for loss, theft, injury, or damages incurred during the conference.

  • MCC reserves the right to deny entry or remove individuals for unsafe or inappropriate behavior.

9. Accessibility & Accommodations

  • MCC strives to comply with ADA requirements.

  • Requests for accommodations or dietary needs must be submitted by the stated deadline prior to the conference.

10. Privacy Policy

  • MCC collects personal information solely for registration, communication, and conference operations.

  • Information may be shared with trusted service providers (e.g., event platforms, payment processors).

  • MCC does not sell personal data.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Policies are governed by the laws of the state in which the conference is held.

  • Any disputes arising from participation shall be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or attending MCC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Policies.
