New Students

How to Enroll a New Student

If your child hasn't attended FHA before, here's how to get started. The process takes just a few steps.

Pay the Application Fee

Submit the application fee online to officially start the process. The fee is currently $25 (reduced from $100 — offer ends June 20).

Check Your Email & Create Your Account

After payment you'll receive an activation link by email. Click it to set your password and create your enrollment account.

Complete the Application in the Portal

Log in and fill out your child's information. You'll also upload any required documents at this stage.

Schedule a Campus Tour

Pick a time to come by, meet our staff, and walk through the campus. It's a great way to get a feel for the school and ask any questions you have.

What Happens After You Apply
  • Your application is reviewed by our admin team
  • We'll contact you with next steps
  • You'll receive an admissions decision
  • Accepted families get tuition setup instructions

Re-Enrolling a Current Student

If your child is already enrolled at FHA, re-enrollment for the 2026–2027 school year is done through the Parent Portal.

Log in to the Parent Portal Use your parent login — not your student's login credentials.

Click the "Re-Enroll" Tab Look for this on the left-hand sidebar inside the portal.

Select Your Student Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the re-enrollment form.

Submit & Upload Documents Complete all required fields and attach any documents to finalize.
Don't see the Re-Enroll tab?

It may not be active yet for this enrollment period. Contact the school office and someone will be happy to help you get it sorted out.

Adding a Sibling

Enrolling an Additional Child

If you're a current FHA family and would like to add another child, each new student requires their own separate application. Your existing Parent Portal login won't work for this — a new account will need to be created.

Pay the Application Fee for the New Child A separate application and payment is required for each new student.

Check Your Email for the Activation Link A new account activation email will be sent after payment.

Create & Confirm a New Password This creates a separate enrollment account for the new student.

Log In and Complete the New Student Application Fill out all required information for your additional child.
Please note:

Your existing Parent Portal login cannot be used for a new student's enrollment. A separate account must be created using the activation link sent to your email after payment.
