Question 1: Do you set to USPS specs?
Absolutely. We set the mailbox 41–45 in from road surface to the bottom of the box and 6–8 in back from the curb, with the house numbers clearly visible.
Question 2: Do you warranty installs?
Yes! Every install is backed by a 1-year workmanship warranty. This covers any workmanship issues outside of normal weathering. Materials are covered under their manufacturer warranties. While impacts (such as vehicles or snowplows) and vandalism aren’t included, we’re always available to help with fast, reliable repairs if those situations arise.
Question 3: How will you set the new post?
We use compacted gravel Foundation mix which is fully compliant with USPS guidelines in Michigan. This method creates a strong, durable foundation that keeps your post sturdy for years, allows proper drainage, and helps prevent leaning.
