Erin Birch provides high-level coaching, private intensives, and group immersion programs focusing on subconscious pattern rewiring and performance calibration.

Selective Nature: Engagement in "Private Work" is by application only. We reserve the right to decline any application at our sole discretion without providing detailed justification.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

All pricing is listed in USD unless otherwise specified.

Payments: Fees for coaching and intensives must be paid in full or as per the agreed-upon installment plan prior to the commencement of work.
No Refunds: Due to the bespoke, time-intensive nature of our private services and the digital delivery of our materials, all payments are non-refundable. By purchasing a service, you acknowledge that you are committing to the full financial obligation of the program.

4. Intellectual Property

The content, methodology, logos, and materials provided during our work together are the exclusive intellectual property of Erin Birch.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use these materials for your personal development. You may not reproduce, distribute, or "white label" any of our proprietary frameworks or content for your own commercial use without express written consent.

5. Professional Disclaimer

Erin Birch is a strategist and performance coach. We do not provide medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice. Our work is designed for high-functioning individuals seeking performance enhancement and behavioral shifts.

Results: While our methods are systematic, individual results depend on your implementation and personal variables. We make no guarantees regarding specific financial or personal outcomes.

6. Confidentiality

We respect the high-stakes nature of our clients' lives. All information shared during private coaching sessions is strictly confidential. Conversely, you agree to keep proprietary coaching materials and session structures confidential.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Erin Birch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services or website.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia, Canada.
