To perform Data Furnishing and Auditing services, we must collect Non-Public Personal Information (NPI), including:
● Full Legal Name and Address.
● Social Security Number (SSN).
● Date of Birth.
● Financial Account History and Ledgers.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

We use this data strictly for the purpose of:
● Generating Metro 2® Credit Reporting Files.
● Transmitting data to Credit Reporting Agencies via Switch Labs (our encrypted technology partner).
● Conducting Forensic Compliance Audits.

3. DATA SHARING (Switch Labs & Bureaus)

We do not sell your data to marketers. Your data is shared only with:

● Switch Labs Inc.: For the purpose of data formatting and encryption.

● The Big 3 Bureaus (Equifax, Experian, TransUnion): For the purpose of updating your credit file.

4. SECURITY ARCHITECTURE

All PII is stored in an AWS S3 environment utilizing AES-256 Bit Encryption. Access is restricted to authorized Compliance Officers via Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

5. CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS (CCPA RIGHTS)

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), residents of California have the right to request:
● Disclosure of personal data we have collected.
