How often should I have my air ducts cleaned?
Most homes benefit from a full duct cleaning every 3–5 years, depending on factors like pets, recent renovations, smoking in the home, or allergies. Our Pure Home and Pure Home Plus plans include regular inspections and maintenance to keep things clean in between full services.
How long does a typical Pure Air visit take?
For an average single-family home, a Fresh Start duct cleaning usually takes 2–4 hours. More complex systems or add-ons, like installing air purification equipment, may extend the visit. Your technician will provide an estimated timeline before starting.
Will there be a mess or dust left in my home?
No. We use sealed, high-suction equipment with HEPA filtration to prevent dust from spreading. Before starting, we carefully protect your floors, furniture, and all items inside your home—including beds, nightstands, TVs, and clothing in walk-in closets. After the service is complete, we perform a full cleanup, leaving your space clean, neat, and tidy.
Are your products and methods safe for kids and pets?
Yes. We prioritize eco-conscious, low-VOC products and follow EPA-compliant procedures. If we ever need to use stronger treatments—for example, for mold remediation—we’ll explain the steps and any temporary precautions in detail.
