Connect Personal Inbox

Navigate to Settings > My Profile > Email (2-way sync)

Select Gmail or Outlook > Click Connect

Accept permissions (as required)

Navigate to Conversations

Click Create New Message (pencil on paper icon)

Click Direct Message

Select contact > Click Continue

Connected email will populate in the email From field

Emails will sync both ways (from EYW to Gmail/Outlook and from Gmail/Outlook to EYW)

Create Live Chat Widget

Navigate to Sites > Chat Widget

Click New

All-in-one chat

SMS / Email chat

Live chat

Click Live Chat > Select

Customize the widget

Click Save

Click Get Code

Copy Code

Navigate to Sites > Websites OR Sites > Funnels

Find Website / Funnel and open it for editing

In Editor, click Tracking Code (</> icon)

Paste Code

Navigate to Sites > Websites OR Sites > Funnels

Find Website / Funnel and open its settings

Under the Chat Widget section, select live chat widget

Click Save

Navigate to Settings > Integrations

Click Connect under Facebook & Instagram

Select Facebook page (that Instagram is linked to)

Click Connect Facebook & Instagram

Click Sync Leads

Navigate to Facebook

Click Account > Settings

Search Settings for Linked Accounts

Select Instagram and Connect

Leave toggle on to allow access to Instagram messages in inbox

Authenticate into Instagram
