Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting Haiku Unlimited. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing vendor booth space, VIP upgrades, or any event-related products.


By submitting payment, you agree to the terms listed below.

1. Vendor Booth Payments


All vendor booth payments are non-refundable.


Once a vendor booth is purchased and confirmed, the space is reserved for that specific event date. Vendor booth payments cannot be transferred, credited, or moved to another event date.


This policy applies whether the vendor chooses not to attend, is unable to attend, arrives late, or does not set up.

2. Vendor No-Shows


Vendors who do not show up for their scheduled event date will lose their payment.


No refunds, credits, transfers, or make-up dates will be provided for no-shows.

3. VIP Ticket / VIP Upgrade Refunds


All VIP ticket and VIP upgrade sales are non-refundable.


However, if a guest is unable to attend the event weekend they purchased for, their VIP ticket may be redeemed at a future Haiku Unlimited event weekend as long as they provide valid proof of purchase.


VIP items must be redeemed in person at the Haiku Unlimited information booth. Items are subject to availability and may vary by event date.

4. Event Cancellation by Haiku Unlimited

If Haiku Unlimited cancels an event, vendors may be offered one of the following options:

  • A refund for the canceled event date, or

  • The option to move their vendor booth payment to the following weekend

Refunds or transfers for canceled events will only apply when the event is officially canceled by Haiku Unlimited.

5. Event Changes


Haiku Unlimited reserves the right to make changes to event details, including vendor placement, event layout, hours, activities, entertainment, or scheduled features when necessary.


Changes to the event do not qualify for a refund unless the event is officially canceled by Haiku Unlimited.

6. Weather, Emergencies, Mall Issues, or Circumstances Outside Our Control


Haiku Unlimited events take place inside Moreno Valley Mall. In the event of emergencies, mall-related issues, safety concerns, power outages, unexpected closures, or other circumstances outside of our control, Haiku Unlimited reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel the event.


If an event is officially canceled by Haiku Unlimited, the cancellation policy above will apply.
