The Client retains National Data Compliance Group ("NDCG") to perform a Forensic Metro 2® Compliance Audit of their consumer credit file. This service includes:
● A line-by-line analysis of "Field 17" (Account Status) and "Field 21" (Amount Past Due).
● Identification of statutory violations under the FCRA and FDCPA.
● Preparation of a "Violation Report" and initial dispute instruments.
The Client agrees to pay a one-time fee of $499.00. Acknowledgment: The Client understands that this fee covers the Preparation of the Audit Report and Strategy, which is a completed service delivered upon onboarding. This fee is not contingent on the removal of any specific credit item.

NDCG makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding specific credit score increases. Credit scoring models (FICO/Vantage) are proprietary algorithms controlled by third parties.
The Client grants NDCG a Limited Power of Attorney solely for the purpose of communicating with Credit Reporting Agencies and Data Furnishers to challenge inaccurate information on the Client’s behalf.
