Our services are tailored for entrepreneurs and high-performers aiming to optimize their business and personal growth.

4. Personal Development and Coaching Disclaimer

The coaching services provided by Path 2 Alignment and Dr. Nina Jefferson are designed to assist in personal and professional growth, but do not replace therapy, mental health counseling, or medical advice. You understand that Dr. Nina is a licensed clinical psychologist; however, Path 2 Alignment does not provide medical or psychological treatment.Any recommendations made are based on scientific evidence, NLP strategies, and Dr. Nina’s expertise, but individual results may vary. You are responsible for your own choices and actions.

5. Payment Terms

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it; (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy it and complete the checkout payment process.Fees for services, including coaching sessions, courses, and memberships, must be paid in full or monthly depending on payment agreement at time of purchase prior to the commencement of services unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. We accept payments via [list accepted methods]. If you wish to cancel or reschedule a session, you must provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee. Specific programs, such as workshops or courses, may have their own cancellation policies detailed during the registration process. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or any services at any time. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing, with respect to automatically-renewed subscriptions to paid services, such subscriptions will be discontinued only upon the expiration of the respective period for which you have already made payment.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music, and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Dr. Nina Jefferson and Path 2 Alignment. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit, or create derivative works thereof. If you want to offer to your users the ability to upload content (images, audio, text, etc.) for disclosure on your site, it is important that the issuer of such content certifies that they have all the legal rights and/or necessary licenses over the content and that such content might be publicly available. You recognize and agree that by uploading any content (including, but not limited to, designs, images, animations, videos, audio files, fonts, logos, illustrations, compositions, artworks, interfaces, text, and literary works) through any means to the website, you confirm that you own all the relevant rights or have received the appropriate license to upload/transfer/send the content. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Path 2 Alignment and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the services or any advice given. You agree that your use of the website and services is at your sole risk. You agree to indemnify and hold Dr. Nina Jefferson and Path 2 Alignment harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website. 12.Text/SMS

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
