Warranty & Return Policy
Effective Date: April 15, 2025
This Warranty & Return Policy applies to Stormy Wellington, Girl Hold My Hand (GHMH), Stormy Speaks, The Awakening, and any affiliated workshops, memberships, coaching containers, or digital products and services. We are committed to delivering high-quality content and transformational experiences, but due to the nature of our offerings, all purchases are subject to the terms outlined below.
All sales are final. Because our trainings, templates, and memberships offer immediate access or downloadable content, we do not issue refunds, returns, or exchanges once a payment is processed. This includes all one-time purchases, payment plans, and monthly memberships.
If you are on a recurring subscription, you may cancel future billing at any time by emailing
[email protected] at least 72 hours before your next charge. Your access will continue through the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued.
Tickets to virtual or in-person events, workshops, and live trainings are non-refundable. If you cannot attend live, replays or digital access may be provided when available. Tickets are not transferable unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.
Coaching & Concierge Services
Due to the custom nature of our private coaching, high-touch support, and done-for-you services, all payments are non-refundable. We are committed to delivering what is promised in your agreement, and timely communication from you is essential for full delivery.
Physical Products (Books, Merch, etc.)
If we offer and fulfill physical products directly, each item is inspected before shipping. Should you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Verified claims will be eligible for a replacement. Refunds are not offered for physical items—only replacements for defective products.
No Guarantees or Warranties
We do not make any guarantees regarding the results of our programs. Every woman’s path is unique, and outcomes depend on your choices, effort, and alignment. We do not offer warranties—express or implied—on results including but not limited to income, business growth, or personal transformation.
