Madie is the owner and founder of Strong 4 Life Fitness coaching! She found her passions for fitness after her basketball career came to an end. She has gone through all of the yo-yo dieting cycles until finally educating herself on nutrition and how to have a truly sustainable fat loss approach. Her passion is in body building and gut health. She wants to help as many women become the best version of themselves as possible.

BAYLEE DELAURI

STRONG 4 LIFE COACH

Baylee is the head coach here at Strong 4 Life. She played basketball in college which lead to her passion in fitness. Baylee has a background in nursing before she pursued coaching full time! She is a dog mom, a wife, and the best coach! She is passionate about helping women learn how to live a life restriction free and hormone healthy.

COURTNEY MCCARTHY

STRONG 4 LIFE COACH

Courtney's coaching career started with yelling in a microphone leading boxing classes back in 2019. She has been a CPT since 2020, and a CCL (certified cat lady) since she was 7 years old.She loves body building style workouts, as well as hiking and being in the sun. Courtney is moving to Thailand to fight human trafficking and to continue traveling. She is passionate about helping others create a balanced lifestyle, and to workout because you love it, not because you hate your body.

Holly specializes in helping women heal their relationship with food and break free from restrictive dieting, binge cycles, and negative body image. She knows what it’s like to feel stuck and brings both empathy and expertise to guide her clients toward confidence and balance.

With experience in bodybuilding competitions and completing multiple half marathons, Holly creates powerful programs for hybrid athletes who want to build strength, endurance, and resilience. Her coaching goes beyond workouts and nutrition, it’s about teaching women how to feel strong, confident, and at home in their bodies without sacrificing the foods or lifestyle they love.

STRONG 4 LIFE COACH

Emily specializes in functional bodybuilding - blending an athletic training style with aesthetic results. With four years of experience as a nationally qualified bikini competitor and a background in strength training, including working alongside the University of Iowa Football team, she brings a unique mix of discipline and performance to her coaching.

Her style is friendly, approachable, and very much the “big gym sister” clients love having in their corner. Emily pushes her clients to challenge themselves while focusing on proper form, delivering detailed feedback that builds not just strong bodies, but lasting confidence.
