We hope that you and yours are doing well and that you had a great holiday season and are ready

to tackle this New Years goals. Remember, the only thing in life that is constant is change. The trick to

hitting your goals is to break them down to the smallest of steps as possible.

You also would want to be conscious of what obstacles are in the way of your goals and create ways to

avoid those obstacles or remove them from your path. Another important tip about accomplishing your

goals is being able to have the belief that they are possible. You won’t be able to reach goals if you don’t

believe that they could be your reality.

We figured that we’d use this topic of goals for our January newsletter to you our current and past clients

because this is usually the time for resolutions and change. For us, our goal is to help as many families as

possible buy and sell real estate and feed as many starving children as humanly possible.

If you have a goal that you would like help achieving in 2020 I would be honored to be your cheerleader

and accountability partner. I would also like to ask your help with my goals of helping as many people as

possible accomplish their real estate goals of buying and selling.

Remember, for every home we sell we feed a child for a year through our partnership with Kids Against

Hunger Philadelphia.

Our second goal, like we mentioned is to feed as many starving children as possible in our local community

and world wide. Your support has aloud us to do so much however, there is still so much more to go.

With that being said, we are asking for your help. We are always in need of volunteers and donations so

that we can keep up with the demand. If you want to volunteer or know someone or an organization

looking to get involved with a great cause please send them our way we would greatly appreciate it.

Finally, we want you all to know that another of our goal this year is to strengthen our relationship

with all of you and show our appreciation for your trust in us. Look out for invites and announcements

to special events just for all of you.
