3.1 Signing in at an open house, submitting this form, or receiving follow-up messages does not by itself create a brokerage, agency, fiduciary, or client relationship between you and the Company or any of its agents.
3.2 Any formal representation (such as a buyer or seller representation agreement) will only be created through a separate written agreement signed by you and the appropriate licensed real estate professional, in accordance with applicable Ohio real estate laws and brokerage rules.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bratz Real Estate Solutions and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of the Services;
- Your violation of these Terms; or
- Your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
Your submission of personal information through this funnel is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and disclose your information and your rights regarding your personal data. These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio and the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cuyahoga County, Ohio. You consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
