• Data Processing by GHL: When you interact with our SMS messages, emails, web forms, or landing pages powered by GoHighLevel, your data (including name, phone number, email, and interaction data) may be processed and stored within the GoHighLevel platform according to their privacy policy.
• SMS Compliance: GoHighLevel enforces strict SMS compliance requirements. All SMS opt-in consent data and messaging originator information will not be shared with any third parties for marketing purposes, per GHL platform policy.
• No Sale of SMS Data: We strictly adhere to GoHighLevel's prohibition on selling or sharing SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

INTERNATIONAL DATA
Our website is hosted by servers located in the United States. If you reside outside the United States, some of your data will be transferred internationally to and stored on those servers. DATA RETENTION

• Anonymized or aggregated data derived from AI interactions may be retained indefinitely for analytical purposes
• GoHighLevel CRM communication records (SMS, email) are retained in accordance with GHL's data retention policies and Arizona real estate recordkeeping requirements
SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION
We take all reasonable steps to protect your personal data and keep your information secure. We use recognized online secure payment systems and implement generally accepted standards of security to protect against personal data loss or misuse. However, no security measure is foolproof, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against interception.

SENSITIVE DATA

Such a request may result in termination of your account and limited access to our services.

You may opt out of receiving future email correspondence from us by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by contacting us directly. You may also opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message we send.
MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
You may opt out of receiving any marketing communications or having your personal information used for marketing purposes by contacting us at the information provided below. Opting out of marketing communications will not affect transactional messages related to an active real estate transaction.
COMPLAINTS
If you believe we are misusing your data or have violated any of your rights under this Privacy Policy or applicable law, you have the right to file a complaint with us directly or with a regulatory body or data protection authority.
CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS (CCPA)
As of January 1, 2020, we are compliant with the California Consumer Privacy Act Of 2018, Cal. Civ. Code Sec. 1798.100 Et Seq. (CCPA). Any California resident may request, free of charge, the personal information we have collected about themselves or about a member of their household.
Any California resident has a right to request or request deletion of personal data we have collected, including:

• Voice recordings and transcripts from interactions with our AI systems

We DO NOT sell your data. California residents can contact us to opt out of any future data sales, should our policies change.
California residents may request full deletion of their account and associated data. We will comply with CCPA requests in a reasonable timeframe during normal business hours.
ARIZONA PRIVACY RIGHTS AND REAL ESTATE REGULATIONS
As an Arizona-licensed real estate professional, we are subject to the following Arizona-specific laws and regulations governing the handling of your personal data:
ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF REAL ESTATE (ADRE) COMPLIANCE
We operate in compliance with the Arizona Department of Real Estate regulations, including:
• Arizona Revised Statutes (A.R.S.) Title 32, Chapter 20 - Real Estate
• ADRE Commissioner's Rules (A.A.C. R4-28) governing real estate licensee conduct

ARIZONA CONSUMER FRAUD ACT
We comply with the Arizona Consumer Fraud Act (A.R.S. Section 44-1521 et seq.), which prohibits deceptive acts or practices in connection with the sale or advertisement of real estate. We will not make any false or misleading statements in connection with your personal data or our data practices.
REALTOR CODE OF ETHICS
As a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, we adhere to the NAR Code of Ethics, including obligations related to client confidentiality (Article 1) and honest and truthful advertising (Article 12). Your personal information shared with us in the context of a real estate relationship is treated with the confidentiality obligations required by our professional standards.
COPPA (CHILDREN ONLINE PRIVACY PROTECTION ACT)
We do not specifically market to children under 13 and do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Our real estate services are intended for adults who are of legal age to enter into real estate contracts under Arizona law (18 years or older).
FAIR INFORMATION PRACTICES
In order to be in line with Fair Information Practices, we will take the following responsive action should a data breach occur:

CAN SPAM ACT
