Prior to Compass Group, Lisa served in the U.S. Navy as a nurse where she met her husband, Ron. After they got married, she started Compass Group with Ron in 1999. She’s often in the office performing administration duties.

Lisa holds a master’s degree in public administration from Troy State University and a bachelor’s degree in nursing from San Francisco University. Outside of work, she loves to sew quilts and sing (but not at the same time).
