Welcome to Soteria Pilates! By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before engaging with Soteria Pilates.
1. General Information
Soteria Pilates is located in Maitland, Florida. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our studio, classes, website, and any associated services.
2. Booking and Payments
All classes and sessions must be booked in advance through our online booking system or at the front desk.Payments must be made at the time of booking. We accept credit/debit cards, cash, and other forms of payment listed on our website.Packages and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable unless stated otherwise.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Group Classes: Clients must cancel at least 12 hours before the scheduled class to avoid losing the session or incurring a late cancellation fee.Private Sessions: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.Refunds are not provided for missed sessions, late cancellations, or no-shows.
4. Memberships and Packages
Memberships auto-renew monthly unless canceled at least 7 days prior to the renewal date.Unused sessions do not roll over unless specified in your membership agreement.Soteria Pilates reserves the right to modify membership terms and pricing with a 30-day notice.
5. Studio Policies
Arrive at least 5 minutes before class starts. Late arrivals may not be allowed to join.Proper Pilates or workout attire is required. Please remove shoes before entering the studio.Cell phones must be silenced during class to maintain a peaceful environment.Clients are responsible for informing instructors of any injuries, illnesses, or conditions that may affect their participation.
6. Health and Safety
By participating in classes, clients confirm they are physically capable of engaging in physical activity. Consult a physician if you have any doubts.Soteria Pilates is not liable for injuries sustained during classes or on studio premises.Equipment must be used as instructed by the instructor to ensure safety.
7. Liability Waiver
By attending classes or sessions, clients acknowledge and agree to release Soteria Pilates, its instructors, and employees from any liability for injuries or damages resulting from participation.
8. Privacy Policy
Soteria Pilates collects personal information to manage bookings, memberships, and communications. Your information is stored securely and not shared with third parties without your consent.By providing your email address, you agree to receive communications about studio updates, promotions, and events. You may unsubscribe at any time.
9. Changes to Terms
Soteria Pilates reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or through our website.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, Florida.
