Real change does not happen in 30 days.

We are working with seasonal organ support, layered education and daily habits that need time to integrate. Six months allows you to move through at least two seasonal modules and truly build foundations rather than dipping in and out.

This is not a quick fix membership. It is structured, progressive and designed for real results

Who is this membership for?

This membership is designed for anyone who wants to improve their health through proper nutrition and a low-toxin lifestyle. Whether you're a beginner or already knowledgeable, you’ll gain practical insights to make better health choices.

How long should you allocate to the teachings?

Around 45mins per week, so roughly 3 to 4 hours per month, to move through the teachings and actually apply & integrate them.

Where is the membership hosted?

The membership is hosted on a very user-friendly online platform, with full access via desktop and the GoKollab app on your phone. This means you can easily watch the teachings, follow the modules, and access everything in one organised space, wherever you are. You’ll also be able to engage with the community, receive updates, and revisit the content anytime, allowing you to learn at your own pace and integrate the teachings into daily life.

Do I need to buy any special products or supplements?

No, but I will provide recommendations for natural, non-toxic alternatives and high-quality supplements if you choose to incorporate them.

How long is the membership?

Over 12 months we move through the full seasonal cycle together, so you experience each organ system in its optimal season. That gives you the complete foundational framework.

But it’s not really something you “finish.” The body moves in cycles, and each year you’ll understand it at a deeper level. The second time through, things may land differently because your foundations are stronger.

I’m also constantly learning, refining and updating the material as new research, clinical insights and teachings come in, so the space will continue to evolve. New modules and deeper layers will be added over time.

The membership is designed to be your long-term support space. Testing and one to one work can be optional extras for complex health issues or to track and measure progress. Some people choose to start there for precision but the membership is the foundation everything builds from.

Will there be any support during the membership?

Yes! You’ll have access to a private group where you can ask questions and connect with others. Plus once a month there will be live Q&A sessions with me.
