The certificate is issued by the Secretary of State of the entity’s formation state and bears the official seal. The standard fee for this service is $89.95.

LABOR LAW POSTERS:

Federal law 29 USC Sec. 666(i) and 29 USC Sec. 2005 require that all businesses with at least one employee display an up-to-date labor law poster in a clearly visible area on the business premises. Non-compliance can result in fines exceeding $25,000 per instance and potential legal liability.

The standard fee for state-specific labor law posters is $120.00. Each poster set is customized to include both federal and state labor requirements for the state where your business is registered.
