The She-E-Oh Network provides the following services:

• Business spotlight features through video content and written profiles
• Community networking opportunities for women entrepreneurs
• Event hosting and participation for small business owners
• Brand amplification through social media and digital platforms
• Resources and connections for women-owned businesses

Membership in The She-E-Oh Network is subject to the following conditions:

• Members must be 18 years of age or older
• Members must operate a legitimate business or be actively building one
• Members agree to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully within the community
• Membership may be revoked for violations of these terms or community standards
• We reserve the right to accept or decline any membership application at our discretion

By applying for or consenting to a business spotlight feature, you agree to the following:

• You grant The She-E-Oh Network a non-exclusive license to use your name, business name, logo, images, and content for promotional purposes
• You represent that all information provided is accurate and truthful
• You understand that spotlight content may be shared on our website, social media, and other marketing materials
• We reserve the right to edit, format, or decline any content that does not meet our community standards
• You may request removal of your spotlight feature by contacting us in writing

By using our services, you agree not to:

• Post or share false, misleading, or defamatory content
• Harass, bully, or discriminate against other members
• Use our platform for spam, unsolicited marketing, or solicitation
• Violate any applicable local, state, or federal laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other members' information
• Use our brand, logo, or name without prior written permission

All content on The She-E-Oh Network website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of The She-E-Oh Network and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

When you submit content to us (such as for spotlight features), you retain ownership of your original content but grant us a license to use it as described in Section 3.

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no guarantees regarding business results, referrals, or outcomes from membership or spotlight features.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The She-E-Oh Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the preceding 12 months.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The She-E-Oh Network, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

By attending The She-E-Oh Network events, you:

• Consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes
• Agree to release The She-E-Oh Network from liability for any injury, loss, or damage at events
• Agree to comply with any venue rules and event-specific guidelines
• Acknowledge that registration fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify members of material changes via email or a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
