  • This plan is perfect for an owner who wants complete peace of mind with their income property. Everything from the Advanced Plan is included plus an annual inspection with video at no cost, bill pay service at no cost, eviction or cash for keys administration, court fees, off cycle payments and the annual technology fee.

LEASING PLAN

Basic Leasing Plan

  • This is our most popular plan. This plan is geared for owners who want to minimize vacancy rates by leasing the property while occupied.

Premium Leasing Plan

  • This plan is ideal for owners who want peace of mind with their income property.

    - Rented in 30 Days– If we are not able to find a qualified tenant within 30 days of listing the property, you only pay the Advanced Lease rate.

    - 12 Month Tenant Replacement –If a tenant that we screened and placed under an executed lease agreement fails to complete a 12 month term, no Leasing Fee will be charged to replace the tenant. Excluded from this shall be active military members who must break tenancy for military reasons, victims of domestic abuse (see Connecticut General Statutes 47a-11e) and any lease agreements of less than 12 months that you approve.

    - Professional Marketing Video –This video allows us to streamline getting the property rented. Frequently we have applicants apply without having physically seen the property from the videos we provide.
