Personal Program is a workout plan with 3 options for each type of workout including CARDIO, STRENGTH and CORE with the option of at HOME and at the GYM.

Private Training is an organized session with A PROFESSIONAL TRAINER at least 2 times a week to provide GUILDANCE and SUPPORT throughout your fitness journey.
