By enrolling in or participating in the Breakthrough Titans Mentorship Program, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Program Purpose

The Breakthrough Titans Mentorship Program is an educational and coaching experience designed to support personal and professional growth. The program provides teaching, group discussion, and mentorship but does not guarantee any specific outcome, result, or financial gain.

Your results depend on your effort, consistency, decisions, and implementation.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to participate. By enrolling, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.

3. Coaching Disclaimer

The program is not therapy, medical treatment, legal advice, or financial advice.

All content shared is for educational and informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for how you apply the information provided.

Always consult qualified professionals for medical, legal, financial, or mental health matters.

4. Member Conduct

Participants agree to engage respectfully and professionally.

You agree not to:
• Disrupt calls or group spaces
• Harass, demean, or intimidate other members
• Promote unrelated services, products, or solicitations
• Share false, misleading, or harmful information

The facilitator reserves the right to remove any participant who violates these standards, without refund.

5. Confidentiality

All members are bound by the program’s Confidentiality Policy. Any breach of confidentiality may result in immediate removal from the program without refund.

6. Recordings and Content Access

Live calls may be recorded and made available to members.

• Access to recordings is provided as a courtesy, not a guarantee
• Access may be removed at any time after membership ends
• Content is for personal use only and may not be shared, copied, or redistributed

All program materials remain the intellectual property of the program owner.

7. Payment and Billing

By enrolling, you authorize payment according to the plan selected at checkout.

• Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise
• Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of access
• Pricing, payment terms, and program structure may change for future enrollments

8. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your membership according to the cancellation terms presented at checkout.

The program owner reserves the right to terminate access immediately if:
• These Terms of Service are violated
• Confidentiality is breached
• Behavior compromises the safety or integrity of the group

No refunds will be issued for termination due to policy violations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the program owner and facilitators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the program.

Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

10. Changes to Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the program owner operates.

12. Agreement

By enrolling in or participating in the Breakthrough Titans Mentorship Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service in full.
