Terms and Conditions – Pulsar Group LLC SMS Program

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Pulsar Group LLC (“Pulsar Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) SMS/text messaging program (the “Program”). The Program is powered by GoHighLevel. By opting in to receive SMS messages from us (e.g., by texting a keyword, submitting a form, or otherwise providing consent), you agree to these Terms.
1. Program Description
Pulsar Group uses SMS to communicate with you about appointment reminders, service updates, account notifications, promotions, offers, and other business-related information. Message types may include transactional (e.g., reminders, confirmations) and/or promotional/marketing messages, depending on your opt-in choices.
Message frequency varies based on your interactions and our communications needs (e.g., 1–4 messages per week, but could be more or less). We reserve the right to change message frequency at any time.
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for sending/receiving messages according to your plan. Contact your carrier for details. We are not responsible for any charges you incur.
2. Opt-In and Consent
You consent to receive SMS messages from Pulsar Group by:
Texting a keyword (e.g., “YES” or “START”) to our number
Checking a box or submitting a form that references these Terms
Providing your number in another clear opt-in method
Consent is not required as a condition of purchase. You represent that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided and are 18+ years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
3. Opt-Out Instructions
To stop receiving SMS messages from us, reply STOP (or “STOP”, “Unsubscribe”, “End”, “Cancel”, “Quit”) to any message we send. You will receive one final confirmation message confirming your opt-out.
After opting out, you will no longer receive Program messages (except limited transactional messages required by law, if applicable).

You may also opt out by emailing us or calling customer support.
4. Re-Joining the Program
After opting out, you can re-join at any time by texting a keyword (e.g., “START” or “YES”) to our number or by providing consent through our forms/websites again.
5. Supported Carriers & Limitations
The Program works with most major U.S. carriers (including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others). We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues, network problems, or your device settings.
6. Your Responsibilities
Keep your mobile number updated if it changes
Do not share your number with others for Program participation
Comply with all applicable laws when interacting with our messages
7. Privacy
Your information, including your mobile number and opt-in consent, is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy (available at: CLICK HERE. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in data with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes (see Privacy Policy for full non-sharing disclosure).
8. Limitation of Liability & Carrier Disclaimer
Pulsar Group, GoHighLevel, and participating carriers are not liable for any delays, failures, or errors in message delivery, or for any damages arising from your participation in the Program. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance. Check this page periodically.
