✔ 8 Hours of entry level training provided by the Office Manager. 4 hours of orientation (Caregiver roles and terms of employment) and 4 hours of basic health & safety training (includes infection control and emergency procedures).

✔ Additional 5 Hours of annual training biased on policies and procedures provided by the Office Manager. The 5 hours includes client’s rights and safety, how to provide for and respond to a client’s daily living needs, how to report, prevent, and detect abuse and neglect, how to assist a client with personal hygiene and other home care services, and how to safety transport a client.
