Eureka Nakano is a dancer, teacher, choreographer and instructor of Eureka Body: personally designed body training for dancers. Originally from Kyoto, Japan she was raised in New Jersey. She has trained at the Rock School for Dance Education on full scholarship and American Ballet Theater in New York and has performed with multiple ballet companies in the United States such as Pennsylvania Ballet. Her experience includes being the director of her ballet studio Y Ballet in Japan, guest faculty member of Broadway Dance Center and faculty member of nationally renown MRB of Japan. She has traveled internationally conducting ballet and EUREKA BODY master classes and workshops for ballet companies and dance schools in the USA, Japan, Czech Republic, Austria, Mexico, Kuwait and Malaysia. Most recently, she has worked as assistant choreographer for “Transformations” with Glenn Close and Ted Nash at Jazz at Lincoln Center in New York City.
