Navigate to Marketing > Social Planner
Click Connect Facebook (in Social Planner Step 1)
Log in to Facebook
Click Continue
Connect at least one page
Click Get Started (in Social Planner Step 2)
Click New Post > Social Planner Templates
Search, browse, and filter templates
Preview template > Click Continue
Schedule by clicking Select Socials (plus icon on the right)
Fill details in Schedule Post modal (Facebook account, time, etc)
Click New Post > Create New Post
Fill Post details (social account, content, etc)
Save for later, or post now, or schedule for later, or send for approval, or schedule recurring
Click Settings (gear icon)
Select more social accounts to connect
Click Connect Social
Setup Facebook and Instagram Lead Ads
Setup Facebook/Instagram Lead Ads
Navigate to Marketing > Ad Manager
Click Activate Ads Manager for $11 / month
Click Pay $11 and Subscribe
Click Connect Facebook
Select Facebook Page
Click Get Started
Click Create Campaign
Fill Campaign details (Step 1)
Select Lead Generation
Create a Lead Form by clicking Create Facebook Form
Fill Form details (type, greeting, mapping, etc)
Click Create Form
Fill more Ad details (primary text, media, etc)
Click Next
Fill Budget and Audience details (Step 2)
Set budget
Set audience
Click Next
Review (Step 3) and click Publish > Publish Ad Now
Publish An Existing Ad
Navigate to Marketing > Ad Manager
Click the 3-dot action menu to the right of the ad
Click Edit
On Step 3 Review and Publish, click Publish
Launch an SMS Campaign
Launch Bulk SMS Campaign
Navigate to Contacts
Filter Contacts and use checkboxes to select (or select all)
Click Send SMS button (speaking chat box icon)
Click Ok, proceed
Select From Phone Number
Fill message body (message snippet, text, custom values, etc)
Select Drip Mode
Fill Drip settings (batch size, days, etc)
Click Send SMS
Create SMS Template
Navigate to Marketing > Snippets
Click Add Snippet > Add Text Snippet
Fill Snippet details (name, message, etc)
Click Save
View or Edit SMS Campaign
Navigate to Contacts > Smart Lists > Bulk Actions
View status of campaign
Use 3-dot action menu to edit, pause, or cancel
Launch Bulk SMS Workflow
Navigate to Automation
Click Create Workflow > Create From Scratch
Add Form Submitted Trigger
Add Send SMS Action
Click Publish
Click Save
