As one of the founder of Anderson Business Advisors, Clint has grown his legal and tax firm to over 500 employees by assisting real estate investors with creating and implementing solid entity structuring plans. His success in these regards is in large part due to his personal investing experience.

Toby is an attorney on a mission to help investors and business owners keep and grow more. A founder of Anderson Business Advisors, Toby helped Anderson grow its practice from one of business and estate planning to a thriving tax practice and registered agent service with tens of thousands of clients nationwide.

Brent Nagy is a seasoned real estate investor with over 20 years of experience. He is an expert in buy and hold strategy for cash flow. He reached his goal of retirement, by the age of 40, with more than 50 cash flowing properties. He has most recently diversified his investment strategies to include private lending. He fills his days now with the things he loves most — flying, golfing, and most importantly— more time with his family.

Amanda is an attorney licensed in California. Prior to Anderson, she worked in tax, estate planning, family law, and sports/entertainment. As a student at Pepperdine Law, she worked at the IRS Chief Counsel’s office in the Small Business/Self-Employed and Tax Exempt and Government Entities divisions. She regularly presents at our Structure Implementation Series covering tax preparation and planning strategies.

Jeff is one of our Senior Attorneys at Anderson Business Advisors. He is a transactional attorney who specializes in strategic planning for real estate investors and business owners with a focus on asset protection and tax planning. He has unique experience and interest in the areas of healthcare and all things contracts. Jeff has an analytical mind and an accessible personality, allowing him to develop rapport with clients while helping them to understand complex legal principles. He enjoys using the practical side of the law to prevent potential problems before it’s too late.

Whitney Sellers, a nationally known speaker on real estate investment, teaches how combining it with philanthropy can create a life of purpose. A Kent State University graduate, she left a TV career to find fulfillment by giving to others.
She has worked with over 55 non-profits and developed “Housing For Purpose,” a strategy combining real estate with philanthropy. Whitney invests in various real estate ventures, including multi-family housing, for both profit and purpose, working closely with non-profits as a donor and housing provider.
