Legal Requirements

Business Transfers

Do We "Sell" Your Data?

No. CGX Advisors does not sell personal information as that term is defined under applicable state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), Colorado Privacy Act (CPA), or similar statutes.

We do share limited data such as pixel event data and hashed email addresses with advertising platforms (Meta, Google) for targeted advertising purposes. Under some state laws, this may constitute "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. Residents of qualifying states may opt out of this type of sharing (see Section 9)

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we take commercially reasonable steps to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept this inherent risk.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your state of residence, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information. CGX Advisors will honor the following requests regardless of your location, to the extent we are able:

Children's Privacy

All personal information collected and processed by CGX Advisors is stored and processed within the United States. Our service providers including GoHighLevel, TaxDome, and Microsoft 365 operate data centers in the United States and may store data on cloud infrastructure hosted domestically

We do not intentionally transfer your personal information to servers or entities located outside the United States. If this changes, we will update this policy accordingly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy.
