These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PABBS automation bot and related services (the “Service”), which are owned and operated by Master Of Digital Business LLC (“MODB”). Throughout this document, MODB refers to Master Of Digital Business LLC. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
2. Use of Service
You may only use the Service for lawful purposes.
You may not misuse, copy, or attempt to reverse engineer the Service.
3. Pinterest API
The Service integrates with Pinterest via their official API. By connecting your account, you also agree to Pinterest’s Terms of Service.
4. Ownership and Intellectual Property
All content, features, functionality, branding, tools, and products created by Master Of Digital Business LLC (“MODB”), including but not limited to the PABBS automation bot, are the exclusive property of MODB. This includes, but is not limited to:
AI prompts, flows, code, design, and structure
Branding, logos, characters, and assistant personalities
All custom templates, images, and generated content
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, exploit, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any portion of MODB products or services for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
5. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
Copy or clone the Service or any part of its workflows, automation, or design.
Attempt to claim ownership, trademarks, or intellectual property rights to PABBS, its systems, or its outputs.
Misrepresent your relationship with PABBS or MODB.
6. Generated Content
PABBS may create AI-generated content (such as Pins, text, or images). Users are responsible for ensuring their use of generated content complies with applicable copyright, intellectual property, and platform policies (e.g., Pinterest’s terms). MODB disclaims liability for misuse of generated content.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. MODB does not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MODB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of PABBS.
9. Termination & Suspension of Service
MODB reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate any user’s access to the Service, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, misuse of the platform, or suspected fraudulent activity. MODB also reserves the right to discontinue or modify the Service at any time without liability.
10. User Responsibility for Accounts & Data
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and any data they provide. MODB is not responsible for any loss or damages resulting from unauthorized access.
11. No Guarantee of Results
While PABBS is designed to assist with automation and growth, MODB makes no guarantees regarding specific results (such as increased traffic, sales, or engagement).
12. Third-Party Integrations Disclaimer
PABBS may integrate with third-party platforms (such as Pinterest, Canva, or others). MODB is not responsible for the functionality, availability, or policies of those third-party services.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Connecticut, USA, and disputes will be handled in that jurisdiction.
14. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless MODB, its affiliates, and staff from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from misuse of PABBS or violation of these Terms.
