(a) During Discovery Call Booking (via website form):

(i) Parent's full name

(ii) Parent's email address

(iii) Parent's mobile number

(iv) Child's full name


(b) Through Typeform Pre-Call Questionnaire:

(i) Child's academic strengths and weaknesses

(ii) Learning challenges and preferences

(iii) Academic history

(c) During Zoom Discovery Calls:

(i) Additional notes on the child's learning needs (taken internally by our team)

(ii) Recordings of Zoom calls for quality assurance and service improvement (audio/video may be recorded with your consent during the call; recordings are stored securely and deleted after 6 months unless needed for ongoing support)

(iii) We do not collect sensitive personal data (e.g., race, religion) unless voluntarily provided for tailored learning recommendations.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal data only for legitimate purposes related to our services, as permitted under the PDPA. This includes:

(i) Scheduling and conducting discovery calls

(ii)Understanding your child's learning needs to provide personalized recommendations

(iii)Sending reminders, updates, or class materials via email or WhatsApp

Recommending suitable tuition classes and matching with our small-group sessions

(iv) Internal record-keeping and improving our teaching methods

(v) Responding to inquiries, feedback, or follow-ups

(vi) All uses are based on your consent (given by booking) or necessary for contract performance (e.g., delivering the call).

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Sharing is limited and always with safeguards:

(i) Internal Use: With our authorised team members and tutors for scheduling, preparation, and quality review.

(ii) Third-Party Service Providers: With trusted platforms we use for service delivery, such as: Typeform (for questionnaires) Zoom (for calls) WhatsApp Business (for reminders) Google Workspace (for email and storage)

*These providers are bound by data protection agreements ensuring PDPA compliance. They process data only as instructed and do not use it for their own purposes. Data is not transferred outside Singapore without your consent and appropriate safeguards.

4. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from loss, misuse, unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure. This includes encryption, secure servers, access controls, and regular security audits. However, no system is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

5. Retention of Data

(a) We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes above or as required by law (e.g., 5 years for financial records under IRAS guidelines).

(b) Call recordings: 6 months (or longer if needed for ongoing student support with consent).

(c) Booking and questionnaire data: Until the end of the academic year or as needed for follow-up.

d) Data is securely deleted or anonymized when no longer required. You can request deletion at any time (subject to legal obligations).

6. Consent and Withdrawal

By booking a call or using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data as described here. Consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time by contacting us. Withdrawal may affect our ability to provide services (e.g., we may need to cancel a scheduled call). We will process your withdrawal request within 30 days, as required under the PDPA.

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The latest version will always be posted on our website, with the effective date at the top. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
