Currently serving as Senior Vice President at a leading record label, Bosco has played a pivotal role in launching the careers of several chart-topping artists across genres, from hip-hop to alternative pop. His keen ear for talent and deep understanding of the music landscape have made him a trusted figure in both the boardroom and the studio. Bosco began his career as an intern at a boutique label and steadily rose through the ranks, driven by his passion for music and an unwavering commitment to artist integrity.

Outside the office, Bosco is a vocal advocate for diversity and equity in the music industry. He mentors emerging professionals through industry programs and collaborates with nonprofit organizations to expand access to music education in underserved communities.
