Terms and Conditions for AgencyStart

1. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

1.1 As a user of AgencyStart, you agree not to share, distribute, or disclose any video contents, links, or proprietary information obtained through your use of AgencyStart with individuals outside of the AgencyStart community. This includes, but is not limited to, training materials, strategies, and methods discussed within the community.

2. Liability and Legal Compliance

2.1 AgencyStart is not liable for any legal repercussions that you may face as a result of using our services, including but not limited to those stemming from SMS marketing, email marketing, or cold calling activities.

2.2 You acknowledge that these marketing methods can carry legal risks, particularly in certain jurisdictions, and it is your responsibility to understand and comply with all relevant laws and regulations before implementing any strategies acquired through AgencyStart.

2.3 You agree that AgencyStart is not responsible for any legal actions taken against you and will not be liable for any consequences that may arise from your use of our services.

3. Billing and Payment Responsibilities

3.1 You are required to use your own payment card for all billing associated with SMS, email, and cold calling services provided through our partner platform, Gohighlevel.

3.2 In the event that you fail to provide your payment information and AgencyStart incurs costs on your behalf, you agree to be invoiced for these costs and to make payment promptly.

3.3 AgencyStart will make every effort to keep these costs minimal, but you are responsible for all charges incurred due to your failure to provide your payment information.

4. Refund Terms

To be eligible for a refund in the first 48 hours., you must have emailed - Charlie@agencystart.info

Watched the introduction video fully and have attended the onboarding call with our team.

If those have terms have been met, the next step to get a refund is to schedule your exit interview with Charlie. This allows us to make it a better experience and product for others!

After the questions and exit interview, the refund will be issued within 3-5 business days.

General

These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and your continued use of AgencyStart services constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and AgencyStart regarding your use of our services and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

By using the services of AgencyStart, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
