These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services provided by Heroes Dryer Vent Cleaning (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website or scheduling services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Scope of Services
Heroes Dryer Vent Cleaning provides residential dryer vent cleaning, bird nest removal, and related inspection and repair services. All services are performed based on observable conditions at the time of service and may be subject to limitations due to accessibility, safety, or system condition.
2. Estimates and Pricing
Our standard service pricing is as follows:
Dryer Vent Cleaning: $100
Bird Nest Removal (with cleaning): $150
Repairs: Quoted after inspection
All prices are subject to adjustment based on factors including, but not limited to, system length, accessibility, level of obstruction, and unforeseen conditions. Any changes will be communicated prior to proceeding.
3. Appointments and Access
Customers agree to provide safe, unobstructed access to the dryer vent system at the scheduled service time. The Company reserves the right to reschedule or decline service if conditions are deemed unsafe or inaccessible.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is requested for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a service fee.
4. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
Ensure the service area is accessible and free of hazards
Secure pets during service
Disclose any known issues, prior repairs, or installation concerns
Failure to meet these conditions may result in delays, additional charges, or inability to complete service.
5. Limitations of Service
While we strive to improve dryer performance and safety, our services do not guarantee:
Complete removal of all obstructions in severely damaged systems
Correction of improperly installed or non-compliant vent systems
Resolution of appliance-related issues unrelated to venting
Additional repairs or recommendations may be provided where applicable.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heroes Dryer Vent Cleaning shall not be liable for:
Pre-existing damage to vent systems, appliances, or property
Issues arising from prior installations or repairs
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service performed.
7. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept Cash, Check, Venmo, Apple Pay. Late payments may be subject to additional charges.
8. Warranty Disclaimer
All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by law. We do not guarantee ongoing system performance where underlying issues exist.
9. Website Use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to engage in any activity that may disrupt or interfere with its operation.
10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
