Welcome to The Mirajo Agency. By accessing or using our platform and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
User can expect upon opting in with The Mirajo Agency LLC.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the short code. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to support email [email protected] or 727-485-9941.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Uploading harmful or malicious content
Misrepresenting your affiliation with others
Attempting unauthorized access
5. Subscription, Payments, and Refunds
The Mirajo Agency operates on a subscription-based model. All fees are billed in accordance with your selected plan and are non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise in a separate agreement.

7. Termination and Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at our discretion, especially in cases of policy violations, fraudulent use, or unpaid fees.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and technology provided by The Mirajo Agency remains our property or the property of our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute it without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Mirajo Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Mirajo Agency and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the services or breach of these Terms.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in the state of Florida and not in a class or representative proceeding.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
