
1. Provider
The webinars are organized by The Portfolio Career Institute (PFCI), a brand of SEABRAND International GmbH, Switzerland (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”).
2. Scope
These Terms govern participation in paid online webinars and courses offered by the Provider. By registering, participants agree to these Terms.
3. Registration and Contract Conclusion
The webinar description constitutes a non-binding invitation to register.
A binding contract is concluded once registration has been completed and full payment has been received.
4. Fees and Payment
The participation fee is payable in advance. Access details will be shared after full payment has been confirmed.
If payment is not completed, participation cannot be guaranteed.
5. Cancellation and Changes
5.1 Cancellation by Participants
Once payment has been made, cancellations or non-attendance do not entitle the participant to a refund.
If you are unable to attend, please reach out. We will make reasonable efforts to find a suitable solution, such as transfer of participation or an alternative arrangement where possible.
A substitute participant may be nominated upon prior written notice.
5.2 Postponement by the Provider
If a webinar must be postponed, the Provider will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative date. Participants will receive a voucher valid for future participation.
5.3 Cancellation by the Provider
If a webinar is cancelled entirely, the participation fee will be refunded in full.
Further claims are excluded to the extent permitted by applicable law.
6. Technical Requirements
Participants are responsible for ensuring appropriate technical access (internet connection, hardware, software).
The Provider cannot assume responsibility for technical issues outside its control.
7. Intellectual Property
All webinar content, materials, and methodologies remain the intellectual property of the Provider.
Materials are provided for personal use only and may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without prior written consent.
8. Recording
Webinars may be recorded for documentation or future educational use. By participating, attendees consent where applicable.
Participants may not record or distribute the webinar without written permission.
9. Disclaimer
The content provided is for educational and informational purposes. It does not constitute legal, financial, or medical advice.
Participation does not guarantee specific professional or economic outcomes.
10. Liability
The Provider is liable in accordance with Swiss law. Liability for intent and gross negligence remains unaffected.
To the extent permitted by law, liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded.
11. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Swiss substantive law applies.
Place of jurisdiction is the registered seat of SEABRAND International GmbH.
