RECURRING TERMS & CONDITIONS
THE COACH BLACKBOOK™
These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) govern Client’s participation in The Coach BlackBook™. By enrolling, Client acknowledges and agrees to these terms in addition to the general policies of Carly Hill Coaching.
1) Program Access & Duration
Program access begins on the Start Date above.
Access is valid for four (4) months only from the Start Date.
After 4 months, all program access is revoked automatically without refund or extension.
2) Program Inclusions
The Coach BlackBook includes:
Access to structured curriculum and business-building resources.
Weekly specialty group calls (copy, business, marketing, tech, ads, mindset, sales), recorded at Company’s discretion.
Private client-only community for quick questions, accountability, and peer support.
Email support during business hours (Mon–Fri, 10am–5pm ET; typical 24–48h response time, excluding holidays/weekends).
Templates, checklists, and resources aligned to the BlackBook framework.
Not Included:
No 1:1 coaching, private Slack support, or individualized audit calls.
3) Tuition & Payment Terms
Client agrees to pay $2,997 USD in one lump sum at enrollment.
No refunds or chargebacks will be allowed once this contract is signed.
If payment fails, access to the Program may be denied or revoked until payment is received.
4) Communications
Primary communication occurs through weekly group calls and the private client community.
Email support is available at [email protected] during business hours only.
Program does not include Messenger, Slack, or private support channels.
5) Legal Responsibilities
Client remains fully responsible for their own business (entity setup, taxes, compliance, results, etc.).
Company is not liable for legal, financial, or tax issues arising from Client’s business operations.
6) Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
All curriculum, materials, and recordings remain Company’s intellectual property.
Client agrees not to share logins, course materials, or recordings outside of the program.
Confidential information exchanged must remain protected.
7) No Refunds / No Chargebacks
All payments are final.
Client agrees not to dispute or reverse payments. Any attempt will result in immediate revocation of access and Company’s pursuit of collection, including costs and legal fees.
8) Limitation of Liability
Company shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, or special damages.
Client’s sole remedy is limited to the services provided.
9) Governing Law & Disputes
These T&C are governed by the laws of Florida. Venue for disputes shall be in Jupiter/Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Mutual non-disparagement, indemnification, attorneys’ fees, and severability provisions from Company’s standard agreements apply equally here.
10) No Guarantees
Company does not warrant or guarantee specific results. Outcomes depend on Client’s implementation.
Electronic Consent & Acknowledgment
By checking the acceptance box, Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions for The Coach BlackBook™, including the four (4) month access limit and no-refund policy.
