CaraSouls is a full-service travel agency offering custom itinerary planning, destination wedding coordination, group and solo travel arrangements, and concierge-level support. We also provide communication and promotional materials via email and SMS.

2. Payments

All bookings require payment via authorized methods (credit card, bank transfer, or third-party platforms).

Deposits and final payments must be made according to the schedule provided at the time of booking.

Some services may be non-refundable depending on vendor policies (e.g., hotels, airlines).

Clients will be notified of cancellation and change fees before confirmation.

3. Booking & Cancellation

All travel plans are subject to availability.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Refunds (if applicable) are subject to third-party provider policies and timelines.

CaraSouls reserves the right to charge a service fee for cancellations or changes.

4. Communication

By providing your contact information, you agree to receive:

Booking updates and confirmations via email and SMS

Promotional and marketing messages (opt-out available at any time)

Important travel notices (e.g., flight changes, weather alerts)

5. Client Responsibilities

Ensure all travelers have valid passports and visas (if required)

Review itineraries and documentation for accuracy

Notify us promptly of any issues or changes

6. Liability

CaraSouls acts as an agent for travel suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators). We are not responsible for acts, omissions, or errors by these suppliers, nor for delays, cancellations, or personal injury that may occur during travel.

7. Modification of Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
