We do not bill insurance unless explicitly stated

Fees are non-refundable once services are rendered
Missed appointments may be forfeited
Membership and program fees are subject to the terms disclosed at enrollment
If you enroll in a subscription or membership:
You authorize recurring billing at the stated interval

No refunds are issued for partial months
