Our Health Guarantee

Every Jolis Collie puppy is covered by a tiered health guarantee that reflects the nature of each condition and our confidence in the testing behind it.

1. Hereditary Conditions — Lifetime Because every puppy leaves us with a complete individual DNA health panel, we stand behind those results for the life of your dog. CEA, PRA, MDR1, DM, and DMS are all covered for life. If a hereditary condition covered by your puppy's DNA panel is ever diagnosed, you have the choice of a full refund or a replacement puppy.

2. Orthopedic Conditions — Six Years Hip and elbow conditions can take time to fully express — which is why we extend orthopedic coverage to six years. Both sire and dam are OFA evaluated prior to breeding, and we stand behind the structural soundness of our puppies well into adulthood.

3. General Health & Congenital Defects — Two Years Your puppy is examined by a licensed veterinarian and confirmed healthy before leaving us. We cover congenital defects and general health conditions for two years — a window within which the vast majority of concerns that are present from birth will have made themselves known.

In all cases, if a covered condition is diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian within the applicable guarantee period, you have the choice of a full refund or a replacement puppy — whichever works best for your family.
