Wig Club Medical, LLC specializes in custom, tailor-made, medical-grade hair systems, cranial prostheses, and digital educational products. Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of our offerings, all purchases are subject to the terms outlined in this Return & Refund Policy.

By completing a purchase with Wig Club Medical, LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy in full.

1. All Sales Are Final

All sales made through Wig Club Medical, LLC are final sales.

We do not offer refunds for any products or services, including but not limited to:

Custom or tailor-made hair systems

Cranial prostheses

Medical-grade or personalized products

Consultations, services, workshops, or trainings

Digital products, downloads, courses, or educational materials

2. Custom & Tailor-Made Hair Systems (Non-Refundable)

All hair systems provided by Wig Club Medical, LLC are custom-designed and manufactured based on individual client specifications, measurements, and selected options.

Because each unit is made specifically for the client:

Custom hair systems are non-refundable

Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun

Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction, preference changes, or subjective expectations

3. Manufacturer Defect – Remake or Exchange Only

Wig Club Medical, LLC stands behind the quality of its manufacturing partners. In the rare event of a verified manufacturer defect, we offer limited remedies as an alternative to refunds.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a remake or exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:

The product must be unworn

The product must be unaltered

The product must be returned within seven (7) calendar days of delivery

The issue must be verified and confirmed as a manufacturer's defect

Approved Remedies

If approved, Wig Club Medical, LLC may offer one of the following remedies, at our sole discretion:

A remake of the original custom hair system

An exchange for a corrected custom hair system

A credit applied only toward a remake or exchange of the same product

Credits:

Are not general store credit

Has no cash value

Are non-transferable

Cannot be redeemed for refunds or other products or services

4. What Is Not Considered a Manufacturer Defect

The following issues do not qualify for remake, exchange, or credit:

Buyer’s remorse

Fit issues due to incorrect measurements provided by the client or a third party

Color, density, length, or style preference

Variations caused by screen display, lighting, or photography

Improper handling, wear, or installation

Alterations performed by anyone other than Wig Club Medical, LLC

Damage occurring after delivery

5. Digital Products (Final Sale)

All digital products sold by Wig Club Medical, LLC are final sale and non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

E-books

Digital guides and workbooks

Online courses and training

Downloadable tools and educational resources

Once access is granted or a download is delivered, no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued.

6. Nationwide Application of Policy

Wig Club Medical, LLC operates as a national provider serving customers throughout the United States. This Return & Refund Policy applies uniformly to all customers nationwide, regardless of state of residence or delivery destination, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that:

Your transaction may constitute interstate commerce

Custom-manufactured products are exempt from standard return rights under many consumer protection statutes

Approved remedies are limited strictly to remake or exchange only for verified manufacturer defects

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By purchasing from Wig Club Medical, LLC, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for transactions governed by this policy.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

Revocation of access to products or services

Account suspension or termination

Collections or legal action, where applicable
