Aging is Inevitable.

Decline is Optional.

Have you experienced the devastation of watching a family member or loved one suffering from Alzheimer's

Disease? Are you terrified of the possibility of the same thing happening to you? Well, there's good news.

Contrary to what you've been told by the "experts" you do not have to accept "normal" or "inevitable" decline

with age. Alzheimer's is optional regardless of family history or genetics.

Our health is our greatest asset; without it nothing else matters. We begin investing in our financial future early

in our careers but often neglect to take the same approach when it comes to our health--waiting instead until

symptoms appear. The reality is that planning for a health span equal to your lifespan is a critical investment

and a key part of planning your future.

At Encode, having a health span equal to your life span is a reality. We help our clients live the

strategies shown to alleviate brain fog, insomnia, stress, low energy, and resolve known contributors to

dementia. Through group, individual, virtual and in-person programs, we are committed to empowering

our clients to take control of their cognitive health.

Beginning with the lifestyle strategies detailed in The Bredesen Protocol,™ we layer the science, biotechnology,

habit design, and personalized coaching to enable you to create and sustain optimal clarity and boundless

energy. Embrace peace of mind that you'll spend your golden years checking off bucket list items instead of

writing checks to nursing homes.

Jessica Pierce

Jessica is a ReCODE 2.0 (Bredesen Protocol®) and Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach. She is passionate about making Alzheimer’s a rare disease by dispelling the false narrative of hopelessness, and making widely accessible the strategies shown to support optimal brain function and prevent cognitive decline. Jessica focuses on prevention and early reversal by helping her clients adopt dietary and lifestyle habits that not only protect and support future brain health but maximize energy and vitality today.

Before starting Encode, Jessica worked alongside America's elite military units in the U.S. Department of Defense. There she became skilled at transforming theory into practice by breaking complex concepts into simple yet practical and durable processes that get results. Jessica's experience with process and efficiency led her to pick up where science leaves off and translate cutting-edge research into livable habits.

Having challenged conventional wisdom throughout her career, Jessica is a natural to lead the charge against false hopelessness pervasive in our approach to dementia today. Brain health is also deeply personal to Jessica because, like 75 million Americans, she possesses an increased genetic risk for developing Alzheimer's Disease. She has no intention of letting genes or anything else stand in the way of her future.

"I began to feel so much better almost immediately. As CEO of a fairly good-sized company, my life can be busy, stressful and complicated. My health was suffering due to poor sleep habits, bad diet and generally not taking care of myself. Thankfully, my doctor recommended that I work with Jessica, and I am so glad that I took her advice. Jessica is extremely smart and knows her business in the world of health and wellness, especially brain health."

Changing the Narrative

Contrary to popular belief, cognitive decline is preventable, and in some cases, reversible.“

There are steps we can all take now to prevent the cognitive decline that experts have long believed to be unavoidable and irreversible.

”— Dr. Dale Bredesen, The End of Alzheimer’s: The First Program to Prevent and Reverse Cognitive Decline.

The Future is yours.

Make it count.

Your genes are not your destiny. Your lifestyle determines how your genes are expressed.

Hormonal shifts do not have to include insomnia, brain fog, and fatigue. The suffering is optional.

The earlier you acknowledge even small changes, the greater the chances for improvement. Silence is counterproductive.

Simple lifestyle choices optimize your mind and body today, and in the future.

Women are three times more likely to be diagnosed with Alzheimer’s, due to possessing a higher risk in general, and as a consequence of caregiving.

Take control of your cognitive destiny.
