These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the “Get Started as an Investor” form (the “Form”) provided by WEEM Capital (“WEEM Capital”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) on our website. By completing and submitting the Form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not submit the Form.
1. Purpose of the Form
The Form is intended solely to collect preliminary information from individuals who are interested in learning about potential investment opportunities with or through WEEM Capital.
By submitting the Form, you understand and agree that:
- The Form is an initial inquiry only and is used to help us understand your investment profile, goals, and potential fit for future opportunities.
- Completing and submitting the Form does not create an investor–manager, advisor–client, or any fiduciary relationship.
- Completing and submitting the Form does not constitute an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security, investment product, or specific opportunity.

2. Eligibility
By submitting the Form, you represent and warrant that:

By submitting the Form, you agree that:
- All information you provide is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge.
- You will not misrepresent your identity, financial status, accredited investor status, risk tolerance, or investment intentions.
- You have the right and authority to provide any information you submit, including on behalf of any entity or account (including self-directed IRAs).
WEEM Capital may rely on the information you provide in evaluating your potential fit for certain opportunities and in determining what information or communications to send to you.
4. Use of Your Information
By submitting the Form, you authorize WEEM Capital to use your information to:
- Review your investment profile, goals, capital range, and time horizon for potential alignment with our strategies or opportunities.
- Contact you to schedule an introductory call, provide additional information, or follow up on your inquiry.
- Segment and classify you by profile (e.g., risk tolerance, accredited status, time horizon) to determine what type of information may be most relevant.
- Track the “Source” field (REIA / LinkedIn / Referral / QR Code / Other) for internal attribution, analytics, and marketing optimization.

5. No Offer, Solicitation, or Guarantee of Investment Opportunities
You understand and agree that:
- Submitting the Form does not constitute an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security or investment product.
- Any actual investment opportunity, if offered, will only be made pursuant to formal offering documents such as a private placement memorandum, subscription agreement, operating agreement, or similar documents, which will contain important information and risk disclosures.
- No specific investment opportunity, rate of return, or outcome is being offered or guaranteed via this Form or any preliminary communication.
- WEEM Capital reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine whether and to what extent any potential opportunity is presented to you.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Your continued use of the Form after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Form.
