Step 1.

Book A Fitting

Start your custom lingerie journey by booking a virtual or in-person fitting online. Our 60-minute private video call or in-person session ensures a perfect fit tailored to you. Since 90% of our fittings are virtual, all you need is a measuring tape and a stable internet connection.

Step 2.

Get Measured & Fitted

Your fitting session starts with a conversation about your needs, preferences, and any challenges you’ve faced with lingerie fit.

For virtual fittings, we’ll guide you step-by-step on how to take the necessary measurements, while for in-person appointments, we’ll handle the measuring for you. Key measurements may include high bust, full bust, rib cage, bottom cup depth, cross cup length, strap length, and shoulder width to ensure a flawless fit.

To join our virtual fitting, you'll need a measuring tape, a device with a camera (laptop, iPad, or phone), and a stable internet connection. If you're uncomfortable with any part of the process, just let us know—we'll adjust to your comfort level.

Step 3.

Select your lingerie style, fabric, and colour

Using your measurements and preferences, we'll guide you through lingerie styles, fabrics, and colors that best suit your needs. Together, we'll create a design that looks and feels amazing just for you!

Choose from wired or wire-free, full, medium, or light coverage, and even special occasion styles tailored to your comfort.

Our fabric selection includes luxurious satin, delicate lace, mesh, and velvet, while colors come in an endless array of options—you’ll get to explore them all!

Step 4.

Finalize your lingerie and process payment

Once we’ve taken your measurements, we’ll go over every detail of your lingerie design to ensure it’s exactly what you envision. Our goal is for you to feel confident, comfortable, and just as excited as we are to bring your custom piece to life!

To begin production, payment is made at the end of the fitting. We accept E-Transfer, Credit Card (Invoice Sent After Order), PayPal. Need it sooner? Rush orders can be accommodated for a flat fee.

Step 5.

Fit Testers Delivery

After your payment is processed, we’ll mail you sizing testers—pre-made lingerie that closely match your measurements and chosen styles.

Once they arrive, book your second fitting, where we’ll confirm the fit and ensure you’re happy with your selections.

After this session, we’ll provide a return label for you to send the samples back.

If we don’t have a sample in your size, we’ll skip this step and move straight into crafting your custom bra!

Step 6.

Lingerie Creation and Delivery

Once we receive your returned samples, we double-check every detail to ensure a flawless fit. Our skilled designers and sewists then begin crafting your Xosecretly Obsessed lingerie with precision and care.

Production typically takes around 4 weeks from the time we receive your samples, plus shipping time. If you need it sooner, let us know—we’re happy to accommodate!

Step 7.

Post Delivery

To ensure your lingerie fits flawlessly, 1-3 fittings may be needed. Once you receive your custom piece, try it on and let us know if any adjustments are required by booking a third fitting or emailing us. If alterations are needed, we’ll provide a return label, make the necessary changes, and ship it back to you.

For in-person fittings, we’ll notify you when your bra is ready for the final try-on.

The entire process typically takes 3-6 weeks, depending on your measurements, chosen style and fabric, location, and any additional fittings or adjustments.
