Laquita Brooks is a licensed real estate agent, seasoned real estate investor, and successful entrepreneur whose career has been built through hands-on experience, discipline, and strategic vision. As a house flipper, Laquita didn’t just study real estate—she lived it, navigating renovations, market cycles, and complex transactions firsthand.
Through years of executing deals and adapting to shifting markets, she built a multi-million-dollar real estate portfolio and developed a deep understanding of risk, reward, and the importance of strategy at every stage of an investment. That experience extends beyond real estate alone, as Laquita has successfully built and operated businesses across multiple industries, bringing an owner’s mindset and operational discipline to everything she does.
Equally passionate about education and impact, Laquita has coached and mentored individuals in real estate investing and authored real estate investing guidebooks designed to provide clarity, confidence, and practical guidance. She believes deeply in the power of real estate to create generational wealth and is committed to helping others build lasting wealth through informed, intentional investment strategies.

Myesha Francis:
Myesha Francis’ introduction to real estate began behind the scenes more than 20 years ago at a title company, where she closed nearly 30 loans per month as an Escrow Agent. That early exposure provided a front-row view of how real estate transactions come together from start to finish—gaining firsthand insight into the documentation, the decision-making, the missteps, and the lasting impact real estate has on both families and investors.
That early exposure sparked a deep interest in the industry and led her into real estate wholesaling, where she focused on identifying opportunities and structuring practical, win-win solutions for buyers and sellers. Over time, her experience expanded to include lending and capital strategy, leading her to become a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer and gain valuable insight into financing, underwriting, and deal structure.
In addition to her professional experience, Myesha brings a global perspective to real estate investing shaped by years of living and traveling abroad. She has lived in Italy, Rwanda and Mexico and traveled extensively throughout the United States, South America, Europe, and Africa. These experiences broadened her understanding of global markets, risk, and value across different economic and cultural environments—insight she brings to her approach to real estate investing today.
