Jo is an experienced Physiotherapist with a strong background in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and a genuine passion for neurological physiotherapy.

Since joining the team at NPB in 2023, she has developed an integrated approach to rehabilitation, drawing on her MSK foundations while applying specialist neuro-rehabilitation techniques to support each person’s unique journey.

Jo is committed to continually developing her skills. She recently completed the Bobath Introductory Course at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery in London, strengthening her clinical reasoning and hands-on facilitation skills within a neurodevelopmental framework.

Her combined MSK and neuro expertise enables her to provide holistic and adaptable care tailored to a wide range of rehabilitation needs.

Outside of Physio work Jo enjoys learning holistic therapies, most recently EFT tapping ! She also loves walking

her dog, and continues to enjoy both yoga and pilates.
