1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Ascent Exteriors website and the purchase or scheduling of any services offered by Ascent Exteriors ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, submitting a service request, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.


2. Services Offered

Ascent Exteriors provides residential and commercial exterior cleaning services throughout Colorado's Front Range. Our offerings include:

One-Time Services

Window cleaning

Pressure washing

Soft washing

Gutter cleaning

Recurring Service Plans

Window cleaning plans

Pressure washing plans

Soft washing plans

Gutter cleaning plans

Bundled Packages

Packages combining two or more of the services listed above at a bundled rate

Service availability, pricing, and scheduling are subject to change. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue any service at our discretion.

3. Scheduling, Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments are confirmed upon receipt of a service agreement or written confirmation from our team. We ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Ascent Exteriors reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as promptly as possible in such cases.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to the job. For recurring service plans, payment will be collected on the billing cycle specified in your service agreement.

We accept payment via credit card, debit card, check, or other methods as noted at the time of booking. Returned checks may be subject to a returned payment fee. Accounts with outstanding balances may have future services suspended until payment is received.

5. Messaging Terms

5.1 SMS / Text Message Communications

By providing your mobile phone number to Ascent Exteriors — whether through our website, a service quote, a sign-up form, or direct communication with our team — you consent to receive text messages (SMS and MMS) from us. These messages may include:

Service appointment confirmations and reminders

Estimates, quotes, and follow-up notifications

Billing and payment confirmations

Promotional offers and seasonal service announcements

Customer satisfaction surveys and review requests

General business communications related to your account

Ascent Exteriors uses SMS messaging in compliance with A2P 10DLC (Application-to-Person 10-Digit Long Code) regulations set forth by the mobile carrier industry and the CTIA. Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any service from us.

5.2 Message Frequency

Message frequency will vary depending on your level of service activity, billing cycle, and communication preferences. You may receive messages at any stage of your customer relationship with us, including before, during, and after service delivery.

On average, customers with active service plans may receive between 2 and 8 text messages per month. Customers with one-time services may receive fewer messages, typically limited to scheduling and follow-up communications surrounding that appointment.

We will not send excessive or unnecessary messages. If you feel the frequency of our messages is unreasonable, please contact us or opt out at any time using the instructions below.

5.3 Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to all SMS messages sent or received. Ascent Exteriors does not charge any additional fees for SMS communications. You are solely responsible for any charges imposed by your wireless carrier.

5.4 Supported Carriers

SMS messaging is available through most major U.S. wireless carriers. Carrier support is not guaranteed for all mobile service providers. Ascent Exteriors is not liable for delays or failures in message delivery caused by your carrier or network conditions.


6. Opt-Out & Unsubscribe from SMS

6.1 How to Opt Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from Ascent Exteriors at any time using any of the following methods:

Reply STOP to any text message you receive from us

Reply QUIT, CANCEL, END, or UNSUBSCRIBE — all are accepted and will result in immediate removal

Contact us directly by phone or email and request to be removed from our SMS list

Upon receiving your opt-out request, you will receive one final text message confirming that you have been successfully unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent to your number unless you choose to opt back in.

6.2 Re-Opting In

If you have previously opted out and wish to receive SMS messages again, you may re-opt in by texting START to our number, or by contacting our team directly. Re-opting in restores your consent and resumes applicable messaging.

6.3 Help and Support

If you need assistance with your messaging preferences or are unsure of your current opt-in status, reply HELP to any of our messages. You will receive a response with our contact information and instructions. You may also reach us directly using the contact details in Section 11 of these Terms.

6.4 No Sharing of SMS Consent Data

Your mobile number and SMS opt-in information will never be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. This data is used solely to communicate with you regarding your Ascent Exteriors account and services.


7. Limitation of Liability

Ascent Exteriors will perform all services with reasonable care and professionalism. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage to property, including but not limited to deteriorated caulking, aged paint, fragile window seals, or damaged gutters that are not brought to our attention prior to service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ascent Exteriors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.


8. Property Access & Customer Responsibilities

By scheduling a service, you represent that you have the authority to grant Ascent Exteriors access to the property to be serviced. You agree to:

Ensure safe and reasonable access to all areas requiring service

Remove or secure pets, valuables, and personal property from work areas prior to our arrival

Disclose any known property conditions that may affect the safety or quality of our work

Failure to provide adequate access or to disclose relevant property conditions may result in service delays, incomplete work, or additional charges.


9. Satisfaction Guarantee & Dispute Resolution

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with a completed service, please notify us within 48 hours of service completion and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge, at our discretion.

Any disputes arising from services rendered or these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith communication between both parties. If a resolution cannot be reached informally, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, and any legal proceedings shall take place in the county in which services were rendered.


10. Modifications to These Terms

Ascent Exteriors reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our services or website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
