Cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, no-shows, and related policies are governed by the policies displayed on our website and/or at checkout at the time of booking. If there is any conflict between what is stated elsewhere and what is displayed at checkout or in the posted booking policy, the checkout/posted policy controls.

Outdoor adventure experiences involve inherent risks that may include (without limitation) physical exertion, uneven terrain, weather conditions, equipment use, and the actions of other participants. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks to the extent permitted by law.
