Customer Relationship Management tools. Marketing and automation features. Business growth and analytics resources. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue certain features or services at any time without prior notice.

5. Payment and Billing

Subscription Fees: Users are required to pay subscription fees as outlined during registration. All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods include Credit cards, Debit Cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. Late Payments: Failure to pay fees on time may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

6. Data and Privacy

Data Ownership: You retain ownership of your data submitted through the platform. However, you grant Chrysalis CRM the right to use your data as necessary to provide the services. Chrysalis CRM is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid to us in the preceding three months.

In compliance with Application-to-Person (A2P) messaging regulations, you agree to:
